Seven Ticks For Organic Gardening.

While I am by no means a huge organic gardening fan, I did find this blog article informative and worth the read.
I learned that I am more “organic” than I thought I was. For instance, I throw my organic waste into the garden during the fall and winter months, I use homemade “elixirs” of soapy water to keep unwanted buggy pests away, I have a perimeter of marigolds around my garden (preventing aphids) and I mulch my garden yearly with leaves and pine needles that end up as yard waste. So, it sounds like the moral of the story is that if you are careful with the gifts of the earth, that you are “organic” by default.

I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
